We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team and contribute to our Community Memory Assessment Service. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in conducting thorough memory assessments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing expert guidance and support to individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducting comprehensive memory assessments utilising standardised tools and methodologies.
• Working closely with other healthcare professionals to analyse assessment findings and develop tailored care plans.
• Offering education and guidance to individuals and families regarding memory-related issues, treatment options, and available support services.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations.
• Participating actively in team meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development activities.
