English Teacher – Lead the A-Level Language Course and Develop Advanced Linguistic and Rhetorical Analysis – Hertfordshire
A supportive and academically ambitious secondary school in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced and inspiring Teacher of English with a specialization in English Language and linguistic analysis from January 2026.
You will teach English Language and Literature across KS3-KS5, with a leadership focus on the A-Level English Language course. The role includes planning rigorous lessons that deepen critical theory and analytical reading skills, with a focus on preparing students for challenging university-level language study.
