I am currently recruiting for a Junior BA based in Wolverhampton / Birmingham - Paying £30K / 35K - MUST have insurance experience :

Responsibilities :

  • Acting as a customer proxy for the development team during the development cycle of specific products and features
  • Analysing the new requirements from our clients and translating into requirements and tickets for our application developers
  • Evolving EPICs and user stories through development reviews
  • Develop an extensive knowledge of the core Risk Solved products and applications
  • Support the Product Manager in aligning core customer requirements with the published product roadmap : Developing mock ups - Creation of test plans to support user stories - Defining functional requirements
  • Establish effective working relationships with the project team
  • Support client workshops, document and clarifying requirements
  • Customer satisfaction : at all times, keeping the client at the centre of what we do and making sure that client satisfaction is maintained so that they remain a client and act as an advocate for our product

You must have the following skills :

  • Must have insurance background
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of working with business teams
  • An understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the general insurance market is highly desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology and experience of using solutions such as JIRA is an advantage
