They are looking to build upon the success of their Harold Wood branch by adding a Trainee to their team.

The successful Trainee Property Negotiator will be offered :

Trainee Property Negotiator requirements :

Have a full UK driving License

Be self-motivated

Be IT literate

Excellent communication skills via written and verbal

Previous experience working in a customer-facing role.

Key tasks for the Trainee Property Negotiator include, but will not be limited to :

Canvassing and finding new business

Building relationships with vendors and applicants

Booking valuations and viewings.
