Role Description

This is a contract role for an Event Assistant, located in the London Area, United Kingdom with some work from home flexibility. The Event Assistant will be responsible for planning and managing our upcoming luxury events, ensuring smooth execution. Duties include venues allocation, customer service, leads generation, effective communication, and organizational tasks to help facilitate successful events.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with both remote and onsite duties
  • Proficiency in using event planning software and tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in luxury brands or event planning is beneficial
