Job description

I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, national domiciliary care company who are looking to grow their franchise office in Woking, after re-opening the branch in 2023. They are seeking a Registered Care Manager with experience and a track record of providing quality care.

Key Responsibilities of Registered Manager :

  • Working alongside franchisees to build the business
  • Proactively marketing the business
  • Growing the care hours within the private market
  • Domiciliary & Live-in Care
  • Focus on the quality, compliance and carrying out audits
  • Ensure the efficiency and levels of care are at the highest standard
  • Be a brand ambassador for the company

Registered Manager Requirements :

  • Management experience within a care setting is essential
  • Proven track record of growth & line management of staff
  • Excellent people management / communication skills
  • Knowledge of Surrey area – desirable
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care
  • Strong commercial acumen
