We are seeking an E-Billing Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. This position offers the flexibility to work from home. Periodic in-office presence is required for monthly team meetings, events, and training opportunities. The position can be based in the Firm’s operation center in Brandon, FL (Tampa Bay area) or one of the Firm’s practice offices in Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Birmingham, Boston, Charlotte, Houston, Nashville, Orlando, Philadelphia, Stamford, Tampa, Tysons, or Washington, D.C.
The position will be responsible for submission of ebilled invoices via various electronic billing systems for client remittance, and to “own” the ebilled invoices until they have been successfully approved for payment. Individual will also work with eBilling Matter Maintenance team on new client implementations. Individual will be assigned to and will be responsible for managing their assigned clients with expertise. This position reports to the eBilling Supervisor.
