We are supporting a prestige Truck and LCV Service Centre, affiliated to the manufacturer, in their requirement of a WORKSHOP CONTROLLER .

Working in the commercial Aftersales environment, within one of the group’s busiest businesses; based on the outskirts of Exeter in a new, purpose-built facility.

You’ll need to have experience of supervising, organising, motivating, and controlling a busy franchised workshop – whilst commercial experience is desirable, skilled candidates from a passenger car background are also invited to apply.

Skills and qualities you’ll need to succeed include :

• Experience leading a team of automotive Technicians.
• Experience in dealing professionally with customers and suppliers.
• Extensive knowledge of the operational running of a workshop
• Flexible approach to work and the adaptability to thrive in a changing environment.
• Strong organisation and leaderships skills.
• Ability to communicate expectations clearly.
