Job description

Role

  • To prepare bundles
  • Discuss cases with clients
  • Arrange representation in court
  • Deal with advocates and barristers
  • Prepare and submit court paperwork

As the company progresses there may be an opportunity for the candidate to become a partner of our firm.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Experience in Landlord & Tenant cases (eg : possessions, housing disrepair claims, land disputes, trusts etc.)
  • Knowledge of the relevant laws and CPR (Housing Act 1988, Housing Act 2004, CPR Part-20, CPR Part-8, CPR Part-7, CPR Part 56 etc.)
  • Experience in preparation of court paperwork, bundles etc.
  • Experience in managing clients

    • Qualifications

  • LPC / SQE post-qual
  • Excellent English and Maths Skills backed by relevant education

  • Time management
  • Client management & communication
  • Independent working / Self-motivation
  • Career Driven

    • Ideal extras :

  • Full UK Driving license

    • Important to tell them :

  • We are in the process of getting SRA regulation via ABS, they will be an integral arm to the continued expansion.
  • CPD and Training Costs covered where required.
  • Support with admission to the rolls where required.
