This organisation is a well-established player in the transport & distribution sector, based in Stafford looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join them on a Fixed Term Contract. Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising roles and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to understand workforce planning needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progression.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
  • Support initiatives to improve the overall recruitment experience for candidates and managers.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Recruitment Administrator should have :

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the transport & distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a larger HR team.
