An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in an exceptional residential service based in the Bramley, Rotherham area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers
This residential service offers support for males and females, including autistic individuals, people with a learning disability and those with physical health needs
- To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ / QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
As the Registered Manager your key responsibilities include :
Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs, your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiativesYou will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and careBe responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the serviceOpportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services successThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
Commitment to delivering high quality carePrevious managerial experience in a similar environmentStrong working knowledge of regulatory standardsFine tuned decision making skillsExcellent organisational and communication skillsFlexibility and strong “can do” attitudeThe successful Registered Manager will receive an excellent salary of £33,000 per annum.
