Role OverviewOperational ManagementOversee the daily functions of the security control room.Maintain comprehensive logs and incident reports, ensuring precise documentation for compliance and investigative purposes.Possess strong knowledge of manned guarding management software and incident management systems.Compliance and ReportingEnsure all control room activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing incidents and system performance in accordance with company requirements.Technology and Systems OversightManage and maintain technological systems, ensuring continuous functionality.Stay informed about advancements in surveillance technology and recommend enhancements to existing systems.Leadership and TrainingLead, motivate, and train the control room team to uphold a high level of professionalism aligned with company goals.Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for control room operators.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.About the RoleFirst Response Group is not just a workplace.
