About the Role

EKFB JV is currently seeking a Site Agent with extensive experience in Structures and Highways. As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in the construction strategy, including pre-commencement documentation, procurement and design deliverable schedules. You will be responsible for allocating labor, resources, and materials, as well as overseeing the site engineering team.

Responsibilities include :

  • Assisting with the construction strategy and documentation
  • Liaising with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman
  • Managing the site engineering team
  • Coordinating construction operations
  • Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and safety standards
  • Producing progress reports and contributing to financial forecasting

Key Requirements :

  • HNC / Degree in Construction / Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Mandatory CSCS Requirement (Black, White, White / Yellow, Yellow, or Red Experienced)
  • Mandatory SMSTS qualification
  • Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities
  • Extensive experience in working on Structures
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Must hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle
