Job Title : Business Teacher

Location : Yorkshire and the Humber, North Yorkshire, Middlesbrough

Job Type : Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry : Education and Training

Salary : £140 - £220 Per day

Job Duties :

  • Deliver engaging and informative business-related lessons to students
  • Develop lesson plans and instructional materials in line with curriculum requirements
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, exams, and projects
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school-related activities

Required Qualifications :

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Business Studies or related field
  • Experience in teaching business subjects at the secondary school level
  • Education :

    Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field

    Experience :

    Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching business subjects at the secondary school level

    Knowledge and Skills :

  • Strong understanding of business concepts and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment
  • Effective classroom management techniques
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or Business Management
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Working Conditions :

  • Work in a school setting with classroom and administrative responsibilities
  • Full-time hours, temporary position
  • Potential for additional duties such as extracurricular activities or parent meetings
  • Collaboration with other teachers and school staff

    All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
