Job description

SEN Case Officer – Yorkshire

3 month initial contract – likely to be extended

Rate of pay :   £280 per day – depending on experience.

Hybrid working would be advantageous.

What we need from you :

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific educational needs of individuals within the 0-25 age group.
  • Facilitate annual reviews of individual education plans to assess progress, update objectives, and make necessary adjustments to support strategies.
  • Manage and support individuals through transitions between educational phases, such as moving from early years to primary, primary to secondary, and secondary to post-secondary settings.

Must Have :

  • Previous experience within a local authority is essential
