Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Business Development Manager.

Role Overview : As a Business Development Manager, you will play an integral role in building and managing the firm’s strategic relationship in a key sector. Working closely with the Marketing & Business Development Director, you’ll drive the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen the firm’s ties with key government entities. This is a client-facing role where you’ll act as a primary contact, responsible for day-to-day relationship management and interfacing between the firm and various government departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Team Engagement : Collaborate with Client Relationship Partners to foster a diverse, cohesive client team. Coordinate and lead regular team meetings, onboarding, and internal communications to enhance collaboration and drive client engagement.
  • Strategic Client Planning : Develop a robust client plan by analysing client needs and identifying new business opportunities. Share insights across the team to foster strategic growth and bring innovative recommendations.
