The Role

As a Client Engagement Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Your responsibilities will include :

• Promoting the branch through engaging conversations that enhance its reputation.
• Handling client queries and resolving complaints to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Keeping client information up-to-date and accurate in the database.

Experience in a call centre or sales environment is a plus, but most important is your drive to succeed in a client-facing role.
