We have partnered exclusively with an Essex / East London consultancy that is on the hunt for a Building Surveyor to take charge of high-profile, technically challenging projects across London and the Southeast.

From £50m+ refurbishments of iconic West End theatres to fire safety programmes with major local authorities and infrastructure upgrades at a UK airport, the workload is diverse, dynamic, and genuinely career-defining.

Why You?

You're not just a surveyor who writes reports. You can run the job from survey to site, prep specs, manage contractors, and deliver under pressure. You’re the one clients want on their project, and the one juniors turn to for guidance.

MRICS? Great. Not chartered? No problem - this role is all about the experience and the right attitude.
