Looking for Hunters to identify and acquire creators to the platform. If you've worked in a creator talent acquisition agency, a digital native influencer marketing platform to acquire top creators, we are keen to speak with you.

  • Bring 7–10+ years’ experience in commercial / revenue leadership in creator or ad-driven platforms, especially in Sales or Business Development functions. We're looking for Hunters with strong strategic fundamentals.
  • Lead a global, remote, high-impact commercial function focused on platform monetization.
  • Acquire and scale high-performing creators across content, wellness, sports, and crypto.
  • Drive creator earnings through staking, token rewards, Creator Shops, and XP systems.
  • Build and close strategic partnerships with platforms, tools, and ecosystems.
  • Develop scalable revenue strategies via integrations, revenue-share models, and vertical growth.
  • Sell branded content, ad inventory, and sponsorships to brands and agencies.
  • Manage ad pricing, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks with cross-functional teams.
  • Must understand ad tech, marketplaces, Web3 / token ecosystems, and output-based rewards.
  • Requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work across markets and time zones.
