Workshop Manager

Our client based in Corby is seeking an experience Workshop Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm.

As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of welders / fabricators and the day to day running of the workshop. You will allocate workload to the team, support with any departmental issues, oversee health & safety, training of your team, etc..

To be considered for the role of Workshop Manager, it is essential that you have worked with steel fabrication and have experience of managing a team in a workshop environment.

In return, our client is offering a salary up to £50,000 depending on level of experience, 23 days paid annual leave rising with length of service plus statutory holidays, auto enrolment pension after three months, private health care after 6 months, on site parking.
