Customer Service Advisor Temporary, 2 months+ £17 Umbrella Medway

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis, for an organisation based in Medway.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor :

• Manage and monitor the Customer Service inbox
• Act as first point of contact
• Log and schedule any repairs from customers
• Record and document customer details accurately
• Manage KPI's
• Handle complaints and escalate if necessary
