Interim Class 3 Building Control Surveyor - £85 / hr - Essex - 6-Month Contract (High Extension Potential) 🚧 We are currently seeking an experienced Class 3 Building Control Surveyor for an interim role with a leading Essex council. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and proactive team, offering £85 per hour on an initial 6-month contract - with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and project needs. 🔍 Role Overview : You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of complex commercial and residential projects (up to and including high-rise developments), ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and safety standards.
