My client is a well-known, award-winning organisation within South Wales who is looking for an adaptable and passionate Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join them on a 12-month FTC basis.
Your new role
You will be joining a collaborative team and will be responsible for :
Coaching and enabling business leaders to make well informed people decisions in line with current legislation
Providing best practice guidance on employee engagement
Managing employee relations cases from start to finish
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in an HR function
Good understanding of employment legislation and handlingplex ER cases to resolution
Experience working with employee relations cases to closure.
Excellent team player as well as working off your own initiative
You need to be adaptable as case load levels can change.
