Throughout the programme, you will receive full support from a dedicated Academy Manager and mentorship from Senior Leaders and former graduates.

Qualifications

What we are looking for :

Minimum 2 : 1 degree or expected graduation in 2024 or 2025;

Background in Tech, Design, or Engineering;

Interest and enthusiasm for the Financial Services industry;

Ability to commute daily to Cheadle (role is not remote);

Drive and passion to succeed in an ambitious business;

Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies;

Excellent organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with senior management, including presenting ideas effectively.
