Be part of a small team supporting the preconstruction activities

Specialist Subcontractor supplying fast track building solutions seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator to work in a team supporting the preconstruction activities with their own and the Client’s Design teams, playing a key liaison role.

Are you :

Familiar with the preconstruction activities and tasks from a Subcontractor perspective

Comfortable working with specifications

Possessing a good awareness of programming, able to make a contribution in this area

Knowledgeable in light steel framing or other MMC / offsite systems (eg timber frame etc)

As Preconstruction Coordinator you will be earning a basic salary of £30-40,000 depending on your experience, and there is the capacity for working hybrid 2-3 days per week. You will be joining a company who are part of an award-winning national Group, working on a good range of projects throughout the UK.
