Job description
We are looking for a committed, strategic-focussed individual with strong analytical skills to work within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. You will be the primary contact point for internal quality queries, managing timely investigations, delivering corrective actions, and driving process improvements. You will maintain a strong focus on safeguarding customer data and will lead on activities that promote and support the continuing success of Output Services Group (OSG) services.�
As contract lead for OSG�s external auditing authority, BSi, you will be accountable for the successful maintenance of the ISO27001 Information Security, ISO9001 Quality and ISO22301 business continuity management systems. You will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, internal audit plans and production testing - developing and presenting a detailed report of the performance of the management systems on a bi-annual basis to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). �
As main contact for complaints and data breaches, you will facilitate investigations and ensure the accurate completion of data breach reports, within defined timelines, for escalation to Information Assurance Group (IAG) while ensuring that records are being maintained to determine trends and potential training opportunities. You will be also responsible for reviewing and updating OSG�s management system policies and procedures, ensuring OI�s are aligned, and any changes are communicated and understood.�
You will lead on external audits, producing and explaining management system documentation to auditors. You will be able to stand your ground and challenge on findings that are raised during surveillance visits. You will manage all changes and communications that arise as a result of non-conformities and ensure the successful recertification to the standards, which is crucial for OSG�s business.�
OSG is a 24hr 5 day a week operation serving both internal business areas but also wider Government departments such as Home Office, DVA, DVSA and GDS.�

The successful applicant will be required to work across two DVLA sites, Ty-Felin and Morriston. The nature of the role may also attract elements of travel within the UK and overseas, but you will be notified in advance.�

Person specification
You will come to us with experience of auditing and pride yourself on your exceptional attention to detail. You will have a thorough understanding of risk management, being able to link potential impacts to business objectives, SLA�s, Agency targets and customer requirements.�
With your outstanding stakeholder management skills, you can build rapport quickly with key people both internally and externally.� Excellent communication is pivotal to this role, you will be a natural communicator and can express yourself confidently and concisely. You will represent the Agency in a professional and clear manner, ensuring key messages are delivered to both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills are required, and you will have the ability to manage and filter workflow. You will organise and prioritise your work to maximise productivity and achieve all deadlines whilst being highly adaptable and flexible, adjusting to the requirements of the role.�
You will lead by example and have the ability to manage a dispersed team. You will provide performance feedback, aid personal development and keep staff motivated and engaged.
