Job descriptionDegree qualified in engineering, project management or equivalent Line management experience Provide assistance and support to the supply chain manager Provide advice to the procurement team in the delivery of objectives Provide a quality procurement & supply chain service that is compliant with the lifecycle requirements Help deliver multiple procurement projects simultaneously, ensuring contracts protect from unnecessary risks Act as a link between Portfolio delivery teams, the procurement team and the suppliers to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner

Location : Chorley - Hybrid available
Hours of work : 37 hours Monday to Thursday
Applicants must have experience of the following :
- Nuclear or other highly regulated industry experience
- Must have an adaptable, patient and positive attitude
- CIPS qualified level 4
- Extensive contract drafting experience
- Strong negotiating skills
- Experience of RFQ / ITT processes and principles
