The traditional consultancy model isn’t working. Being charged time and materials, and day rates by a corporate consultancy machine with no guarantee of what is going to be delivered provides little to no real-world value and just doesn’t work. So, we have broken that traditional model and put our money where our mouth is. We focus on delivering the outcomes that customers need to achieve.
