ABOUT THE ROLE

About Electrical Project Manager the Opportunity

Due to Natural growth, our client is looking for an Electrical Project Manager who can work within a fast-paced environment and run projects and ensure profitability, with project serving the Educational, commercial fit-out, custodial, and medical markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK’s top 20 M&E contractors.

Your role as a Electrical Project Manager will include but not be limited to :

• Taking the Project from the estimating team via a project hand over
• Review the Scope, and be actively involved in the production of presentation documents where required.
• Better buying of all packages, in line with company policy
• Issuing technical submittals of all Equipment / Packages
• Issue all programmes pre-construction
• Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion
• Quality control
• Sub-Contractor management
• Procurement
• Commissioning and handover

Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case-by-case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within £55K to £65K + Company Car you will also receive a company works package
