A fantastic opportunity for a Merchandiser to play a crucial role in facilitating the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional admin support to the sales team and retail customers.
The role :
- Supporting key retail customers with day-to-day Product Merchandising
- Ensuring that products meet delivery dates
- Raise and amend orders on the internal system and notify factories as required.
- Input data into the internal shipping spreadsheet for the production and warehousing departments.
- Ensure that all Purchase orders and sales orders are completed on time.
- Managing the critical path and ensuring the customer is updated
- Work with 3rd Party warehouse to ensure the goods are booked and delivered as per agreed dates.
- Dispatch goods off the system once dispatched by the warehouse.
- Complete weekly dispatch report for your accounts and distribute as required.
- Arrange and lead customer meetings.
- To ensure all paperwork is kept up to date and filed accordingly.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements :
