As a Bike Mechanic or Multisport Technician, youll be a vital part of why the customers keep coming back. Your expertise will ensure that every product, (bikes will make up around 85% of your work), is serviced and repaired to the highest standard, performing like new for longer.

Your core responsibilities will include :

• In-depth Diagnosis : Identifying technical faults on customer products with precision and recommending the most appropriate solution to the customer.
• Expert Servicing & Repair : Performing comprehensive services and repairs on bicycles
• Customer-Centric Service : Ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience, offering advice and building trust.
• Operational Savvy : Efficiently managing stock, ordering necessary components, and maintaining accurate workshop records.
