Housing Support Officer Vacancy waiting to be filled
A well-respected Charity is currently looking to recruit a Housing Support Officer to start with them on a temporary contract as soon as possible.
Position : Housing Services Officer
Location : Hartlepool
Rate : p / hour Umbrella Rate
Hours : 35 hours p / week (Mon - Tue)
Length : 3 Months ongoing
The role will predominantly involve :
- Working in a floating support role attending to service users who have a variety of different support needs in their own properties
- Follow and update individual support plans
- Ensure any maintenance issues are reported and followed up on time and make sure void properties are ready for new tenants to move into
- Liaise with a range of internal and external agencies
- Assist clients with any budgeting and taking them to appointments
- Make sure confidentiality is upheld at all times and comply with GPDR
- Uphold safeguarding and adhere to health and safety procedures ensuring that any issues that are identified are recording correctly
