Job Summary
SHI has an opportunity available as an ITAM Business Development Executive within the UK to be based at our Nexus, Barnsley location. This is a proactive sales development role providing ITAM services to both new and existing customers.
As an ITAM Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, developing customer relationships and driving new sales opportunities for ITAM Services into new and existing customers within SHI. Alongside managing the pipeline for prospective customers and developing existing customers, the ITAM Business Development Executive will be developed to work closely with all SHI Sales teams to provide specialist support on customer projects within the ITAM team.
The position reports to the Manager - ITAM Sales EMEA and will be based from the Nexus, Barnsley site.
Responsibilities
Including but not limited to :
- Actively promote the sale and adoption of all ITAM Services and tools to new and existing customers for SHI International.
- Provide sales support to the ITAM Solutions Consultants.
- Pursue and manage customer / prospect opportunities by working with the respective SHI sales representatives.
- Support ITAM marketing activities to help drive and promote ITAM offerings from SHI through proactive outbound calling, events and campaigns as required.
- Collaborate with SHI’s services departments to target service opportunities with ITAM / SAM components.
- Develop skills to present and demonstrate ITAM Service tools and ISVP Tools to customers and SHI Sales teams.
Qualifications

Position may require travel for customer meetings and events as required both nationally and internationally.Additional Information
Business working hours are Monday to Friday, 09 : 00 to 17 : 00 with a 30-minute lunch break.
