Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Quality Manager to lead their quality team. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards across the organisation, improving processes, and promoting a continuous improvement culture. You will also lead the team in meeting quality goals and compliance with key standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the company’s quality strategy, setting clear goals and priorities.
- Ensure the business is always ready for audits and maintains high-quality standards.
- Review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and improve the quality management systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and UKAS 17025 accreditation standards.
- Mentor and train staff on quality practices and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to drive better results.
Skills & Experience :
Professional qualification in quality management with proven experience.At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role (experience in a lab or science environment is a plus).Strong knowledge of UKAS 17025 standards.Experience with LEAN principles and continuous improvement.Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
