As a supplier to leading retailers, the enterprise is undergoing an exciting and significant growth phase.Role Responsibilities :

• To oversee the day-to-day farm operations, ensuring the highest levels of animal health and welfare are maintained to optimise egg production
• To lead and manage a team, driving excellence and implementing a high-performing, collaborative culture
• To ensure compliance with industry regulations, maintain high biosecurity measures across the farm
• To maintain accurate production records and routine ordering of feed
• To monitor egg production, quality and layer performance measures
• To monitor and manage the farm financial records, reporting on performance and profitabilitySkills you will need : Essential :
• Previous experience in UK poultry farm management and operations
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of layer production
• Proven experience of successfully managing staff and leading a team
• Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail
• Practical knowledge of biosecurity measures and industry regulations for large poultry units
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Resilient and motivated, with a drive for continuous improvement
• A strong and capable work ethic
