HVAC Mechanical Project Manager

With their Offices based in West Berkshire, the company is an established and well-respected Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning contractor who provides a full range of HVAC services from design through to installation and commissioning to various sectors including Commercial, Private Hospitals, and Laboratories, with typical project values ranging from £100k up to £2m. As a result of continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project.
• Design review.
• Procurement of plant, materials & labour.
• Technical Submittals.
• Overall Cost Management.
• Managing the engineering input into the project strategy.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle.
• Reporting into the Managing Director.

Requirements :

Remuneration Package :

65,000 - £70,000 according to experience, plus £5k Car Allowance, Travel expenses, Private Healthcare, Pension, Company Events, Phone and Laptop, 24 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
