We are working with one of the country’s leading independent day schools in Woodford Green to appoint an HR Manager for an immediate start. You will lead the HR department, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle for both teaching and support staff. As this is a temporary post until July 2026, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity and excellence during this period.
Whether you are managing complex recruitment for specialised teaching roles, overseeing the Single Central Record (SCR), or providing nuanced advice to the Senior Leadership Team, you will have the freedom to work with personality and expertise. Proven experience in HR Management (CIPD qualification is highly desirable)
A strong understanding of safer recruitment and safeguarding (SCR experience is essential)
