ABOUT THE ROLE

We have thousands of customers and an email database that is one of our most powerful commercial assets.
We're looking for an Email Marketing & Content Executive who can turn that database into revenue. Someone who understands automation, writes brilliant copy, plans content with purpose, and uses data to make smarter decisions. This is a rare opportunity to own two of the most impactful marketing channels in our business and build them properly from the ground up.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll own Floor Street's email marketing and content strategy end to end. That means building and managing automated email flows, planning and writing campaign emails, creating content calendars, writing copy across multiple channels and making sure everything we put out sounds like Floor Street. You'll report directly to our Head of Digital Marketing and work closely with our video creator, social media manager and paid media team.

Floor Street started in a tiny shop in Stirchley, Birmingham. We now sell over £10M of flooring a year and were named the fastest growing company in the interiors sector in The Sunday Times Hundred 2025.
We're a small, ambitious team that moves fast, cares about quality, and gives people real ownership over their work. You won't be a cog in a machine here — you'll be a key part of building something.
We sell carpet, engineered wood, laminate, luxury vinyl tile and stair runners. Our customer base is large, engaged and growing — and they're waiting to hear from you.
