Ongoing temp role!

Calling on all temp candidates who are looking for ad hoc work in an ongoing capacity.

We have a fantastic role available supporting a boutique family office based in beautiful offices in Marylebone and they are looking to have a trusted a temp that they can call upon for those busier times.

We are looking for candidates who are only wanting to temp long term with ad hoc hours that they can jump in and out of so this would really suit someone who perhaps has other projects on or creative endeavours and is looking to supplement the rest of their time.

There won’t be set hours as such as it will depend on the business needs, but currently during the summer it’s a little quieter perhaps needing cover 4-8 times per month however come autumn and winter this will increase to potentially a weekly cover.

Within this role you will be supporting the Office Manager, who is looking for a safe pair of hands to help support with busy meetings coming through. This role will be quite hospitality based, setting up meeting rooms, providing teas / coffees, clearing after lunches. During these busy periods we will be needing someone who is proactive and energetic, as you could be looking after 30 clients in one go so will need to be on your feet and ready for anything so previous experience within restaurants or other hospitality roles is essential.
