ABOUT THE ROLE

They are currently looking for a skilled Sub Agent to join their team and contribute to the success of their projects.

Project Management : Oversee and manage various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Team Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of professionals, including engineers and site staff, to achieve project goals and maintain high levels of productivity and morale.

Site Operations : Coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and implement strategies to address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

Health and Safety : Prioritize and enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on site.

Client Communication : Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns or queries in a timely manner.

Quality Assurance : Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the construction process.

Cost Management : Work closely with the project team to monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sub Agent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
