LGV Class 2 Temp-Perm

Excellent Opportunity offered by Driver Hire Huddersfield we are seeking Category C – Class 2 LGV Drivers to join us working specifically for a client based in Huddersfield. The right candidate ideally has held their LGV licence for a minimum 2 years or if less than 2 years, 1 year minimum and with a proven 13 week history of this category of driving.

The role may include within it (but is not limited to) :

• Deliveries of palletised food / drink
• Split pallet deliveries which will require handball
• Time sensitive deliveries
• Areas covered – England / Wales (including nights out)
• PAYE Rates of £15.87 per hour then overtime after 50 hours then £19.84
• Very achievable Bonus’s and expenses paid

This role may also include non-driving duties such as loading and unloading the vehicle; therefore candidates should be comfortable with doing some lifting which can be heavy. Candidates must have Digital Tachograph Card and DQC Card.

This position would be perfect for someone who prefers early starts.
