Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently searching for a Project Manager to work on a project close to Coalville. As Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful and safe completion of the project, making sure all deadlines are met. You will drive forward health and safety and continually improve on it. Hold regular site meetings with subcontractors and be on top of any issues which may cause delay reporting to the right team member. Lead by example and have the necessary man management skills to lead your team. You will also be responsible for liaising with architects, engineers and any other additional consultant. As a Project Manager it is crucial you can identify areas of overspending and save the business money.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous residential Project Manager / Contracts Manager experience though may consider a senior site manager

Valid CSCS card

SMSTS

First Aid

Professional Qualification to an appropriate level

Experience in the management of Health and Safety

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of £65,000 – £68,000. In addition to the basic salary there will be benefits including car / car allowance, plus a bonus scheme.
