This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the educational journey of a Year 2 pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

Key Details :

Position : Teaching Assistant

Location : Stroud

Hours : 5 mornings a week

Start Date : Immediate, with the role continuing into September for the new academic year

Role Description : The successful candidate will work closely with a Year 2 pupil, providing tailored support to facilitate their learning and development. You will play a crucial role in implementing the pupil’s EHCP, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively and reach their full potential.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role

Familiarity with EHCPs and special educational needs

Apassionate, patient, and adaptable approach

Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills

Amitment to the school’s ethos and values
