Job description

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience as a fabricator / welder or similar role
  • Proficient in sheet metal fabrication techniques
  • Strong welding skills, including the ability to weld various types of metals
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in metal fabrication
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Good understanding of safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing environment

Role Responsibilities

  • Assemble and fabricate metal components based on drawings and specifications.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and weld metal pieces.
  • Operate welding equipment to join metal parts together using various welding techniques (e.g., MIG & TIG)
  • Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
