Working within a dynamic team of 25, this role is based in Warrington as part of the client services hub. This company is a UK market leader who have grown significantly in the past 5 years.
Job Description
In this role you'll find no two days are the same. You'll find yourself working between urgent customer requests and planed maintenance, this will involve a mixture of conversational and administration work.
- Receiving and making phone calls to schedule maintenance work.
- Building strong relationships with contractors.
- Managing appointments and scheduling urgent repair work.
- Ordering parts and materials needed to complete jobs.
- Responding to customer queries via email.
- Recording job progress on the inhouse system.
- Raising quotations to send out to customers.
- Raising invoices when the work is complete.
- Providing an excellent customer service in all customer interactions.
- Working closely with out departments in the business to ensure the day to day business runs smoothly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the property industry.
- Provide regular reports on account performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have :
- Experience of working in a telephone based role is essential.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-focused approach and ability to handle complex queries.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, ideally a little experience in excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work on shift rotations, including weekends (Earliest start 7am, latest finish 7pm).
- Able to work full time out of an office in the Newton-le-Willows area.
Experience working in a facilities, supply chain, ecommerce, logistics, engineering or similar is an advantage.
