25k - £30k - S63, 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday finish at 4pm on Friday

Sales Admin; the job

This is a true all-round position covering many aspects within a small but growing company Initially you will be taking the details of orders from customers throughout the world

Then creating a quote based on information on the CRM system and by liaising with the sales team, sending the quotes via email and updating customers on the status of orders

Finally, you will organise the transport for finished products and ensure all paperwork is correct and updating the system

You will also jump on the social media platforms and post interesting, informative blogs and company updates, reaching out to customers to help positively market the business

Sales Admin; Requirements

In order to be considered for this position, you will be an experienced administrator with confidence speaking with customers, colleagues and suppliers, building relationships and providing the best service from start to finish

You will be able to calculate prices based on given information and present it professionally and clearly, updating customers in a timely manner

As this role involves some social media marketing, ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience or a qualification in digital marketing, but this is not essential
