VSL Systems (UK) is on a growth trajectory and seeks an experienced Supervisor for our Civil Works team. With projects scattered across the UK, adaptability to different geographical locations is essential. We provide travel and accommodation support.

VSL specialises in post-tensioned and cable-stayed structures, foundations, and ground engineering. We're committed to the design, construction, maintenance, and upgrade of major structures ensuring unmatched safety, performance, and durability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the site supervision for bridge projects ensuring optimal progress, safety, and quality.
• Engage in site preparation and staff organization.
• Direct team activities, ensuring work efficiency, safety, and production quality.
• Monitor structural work execution and manage inventory related to the activities.
• Ensure the site remains tidy and health and safety regulations are upheld.
• Analyse complex drawings and engage with the latest execution drawings.
• Prepare work cycles, interpret schedules, and define resource needs.
