What we’re looking for…

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Project Safety Support to strengthen our Supply Chain team at our Cumbernauld site. This crucial role will be instrumental in fostering a robust safety culture, ensuring compliance, and providing essential daily safety support across our dynamic operations, including a specific focus on our exciting portfolio of projects in support of our ambitious growth plans..

You will play a vital part in protecting our people, our processes, and our planet, ensuring that safety remains at the forefront of everything we do.

Your responsibilities will include…

• Daily Safety Support : Providing immediate and ongoing safety guidance and support to our Supply Chain operations, ensuring safe working practices are always maintained
• Safety Reporting & Analysis : Reviewing and critically assessing Hazard Observation Cards (HOCs) and safety conversations raised by employees, identifying trends, and driving corrective actions
• Risk Management : Maintaining and actively managing the safety heat map , identifying high-risk areas, and implementing targeted interventions to reduce potential incidents
• Acting as a key liaison with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Contractors on site
• Ensuring clear communication of AG Barr safety standards and expectations
• Monitoring behaviours of all personnel, challenging unsafe acts, and promoting best practices
• Measuring adherence against Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for all work conducted
• Enforcing our Management System (including the 'red card' system) for non-compliance
• Project Safety Support : Providing dedicated safety support to key supply chain projects,
