Trainee VDA / Parts Person

Job Description

We are a rapidly expanding company looking for a highly motivated individual who has an exceptional eye for detail to head up our VDA department and also Parts person

The successful candidate will have a great knowledge of the repair industry with an enthusiastic approach. A team worker with good inter personal skills will be essential to join our already motivated and friendly team.

The role will include

• Maximising estimating opportunities
• Achieving and exceeding estimating targets
• Increasing sales and chasing leads
• Dealing with customer / clients daily in a friendly manner
• Establishing procedures and policies in keeping with our company ethos
• Maintaining a very high-quality customer service and improving on it
• Able to mentor other VDAs
• also working with our Parts department

This position will suit someone already has 3 years experience working in a Bodyshop, or similar role somewhere else.

Mon – Friday, 7.30 to 4.30 for a 42.5 hour week.

32.5k per year basic. 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
