Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading FMCG company , in their search for Production Operatives to work in their leading facility in Oswestry.

For the successful Production Operative, our client is offering :

36,000 per annum
3 on 3 off 5.50 am to 5.50 pm and 5.50 pm to 5.50 am (3 days / 3 nights)

The role - Production Operative :

To operate production machinery safely in order to produce the product to the correct customer specification

Ensure that all Quality Assurance checks are carried out

Analyse and adhere to a production plan

Picking and packing

Working towards targets

Using production IT systems

Working to strict Food Hygiene standards

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative :

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL

Machine operating experience - ESSENTIAL

Food manufacturing experience - DESIRABLE

Demonstratable stability in work history

Strong attention to details

Good computer skills

Must be punctual and reliable

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
